Our cancellation, refund and advance-payment terms for digital services.
With the objective of providing customers with a clear and transparent service experience, Looking For Web follows the cancellation and refund terms below.
Projects are planned and delivered through agreed scope, milestones and approvals. A scope of work is used wherever applicable so both parties understand the requirements and deliverables.
Because time, resources and development effort are utilized to complete each module, a refund is not applicable for work that has already been completed or delivered.
If a project is discontinued by mutual agreement, the client remains responsible for payment for work already completed. Payments or deposits made for completed work shall not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once mock-up designs, layouts, specifications or other project milestones are approved by the client, the payment relating to the approved work becomes non-refundable and the project may proceed to development.
Clients should not expect partial refunds for projects cancelled after work has commenced. Any refund, credit or adjustment will only be considered where Looking For Web expressly agrees to it in writing.
Special promotional, discounted, campaign-based or time-bound service pricing may be non-refundable and non-cancellable once the service has been initiated or the relevant resources have been allocated.
For projects that remain inactive because of client-side delays or lack of communication for more than 30 days, deposits or advance payments may become non-refundable.
Payments made toward third-party services such as hosting, domains, APIs, licenses, payment gateway charges, SMS/WhatsApp services, advertising platforms or other external providers are subject to the respective provider's refund policy and may not be refundable by Looking For Web.
