Terms governing digital services, approvals, payments, delivery, support and client responsibilities.
By proceeding with approval, payment, or confirmation through email, CRM, online form, checkbox consent, WhatsApp, or any digital communication, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
All requested services, features, modifications, APIs, payment gateways, automation systems, integrations, marketing tools, third-party services, and development activities are initiated strictly based on the client's request and approval.
Looking For Web acts as a website development, software development, automation, hosting assistance, and digital solutions provider. The client remains solely responsible for business operations, website/app usage, customer handling, products/services sold, advertisements and promotions, legal compliance, GST/tax obligations, copyright/trademark permissions, content uploaded or shared, privacy/regulatory compliance, and activities performed through the website, software, CRM, server, or application.
Third-party services including payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, SMS gateways, hosting providers, cloud services, plugins, CRMs, domains, email providers, external APIs and verification systems are governed by their own policies and pricing. Looking For Web shall not be held responsible for suspension, rejection, policy violations, account bans, API restrictions, downtime, service interruptions, pricing changes, or data loss caused by third-party providers.
Additional work requested after project approval or after work initiation, including new features, design revisions, payment gateway changes, additional pages, API integrations, automation modifications, third-party integrations, server migration, functionality enhancement, or scope expansion may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
Approval provided through email reply, CRM approval, online forms, checkbox consent, WhatsApp confirmation, digital confirmation, or payment confirmation shall be considered authorization to initiate the requested work.
Once development, design, setup, deployment, integration, or implementation work has started, no refund shall be applicable except where Looking For Web expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending upon client response delays, revision requests, third-party approvals, hosting/server issues, API approvals, external dependencies, or force majeure situations.
The client confirms that all logos, media, documents, content, trademarks, product information, and materials shared with Looking For Web are legally owned or authorized for use. Any legal dispute arising from client-provided material remains the client's responsibility.
Support shall cover issues directly related to the work performed by Looking For Web. Changes caused by third-party updates, hosting/server changes, client modifications, plugin conflicts, external integrations, or expired services/licenses may require separate paid support.
All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeline. Looking For Web reserves the right to pause work, restrict access, suspend services, stop deployment, or delay deliverables in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
Under no circumstances shall Looking For Web be held liable for business loss, profit loss, data loss, indirect damages, marketing losses, account suspension, third-party penalties, legal notices, operational interruptions, or cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control.
Looking For Web reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services in cases involving fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, illegal operations, policy violations, reputational risk, non-cooperation, or non-payment.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India only.
